Book in four steps
- Find a professional By trade, by city or by name. The directory only lists businesses that are actually registered, with a complete profile.
- Pick a free slot The times offered come live from their calendar. A slot shown is a slot free: there are no example times.
- Book, and the place is yours The confirmation goes out at once and the slot closes in the professional's calendar. Nobody can book the same place after you.
- Leave a review, afterwards Only a customer whose appointment actually took place can publish one. That is what gives the ones you read their value.
A business with no reviews carries the words “New on Karibook”, never a rating of 0 out of 5: an absence of reviews is not a bad rating.

How do I book an appointment?
It all happens on the business's page: you choose a service, then a slot from those genuinely free in its calendar. You cannot land on a place already taken.
Do I need an account to book?
Not necessarily: some businesses accept bookings without an account. Creating one is still useful for finding your appointments, cancelling them and rebooking in two clicks.
How does payment work?
It depends on the professional: online payment at the time of booking, a deposit, or payment on site. Which one applies is shown before you confirm, never after.
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
Yes, from your account. The notice periods and any fees depend on each business's own terms, shown on its page before you confirm.
How do I register my business?
From “Become a partner”. You create your profile, your services and your hours, then your calendar opens to online booking. Your profile is checked before it goes live.
Does Karibook work in my city?
Coverage grows as businesses join. The simplest thing is to search for your city in the directory: it only lists businesses that are actually there.
